• Deposits (less $25 administration fee) refundable only if cancellation is received prior to 60 days of your arrival date.

• Within 60 days of arrival date - deposits non-refundable.

• Days lost by late arrival/early departure charged at regular rate.
  (Being a point of destination, last minute cancellations mean a vacancy for us, therefore policy is firm.)

• A 3 night minimum required for long weekends.

• No sub-letting allowed.

• Overnight visitors not allowed.

• If you anticipate your arrival to be after 7:00pm, please contact the office in advance for arrangements to be made.
